About VitVio: VitVio is building AI-powered tools to simplify and streamline operating room workflows.
About the Opportunity: We’re looking for a Product Designer to join our growing Product & Design team. You’ll help craft intuitive, intelligent interfaces that empower surgical and hospital teams.
You’ll take ownership of end-to-end design work—from discovery and user research to prototyping, testing, and visual polish. You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, clinicians, and business stakeholders to design experiences that are elegant, reliable, and clinically impactful.
This role is remote-first and open to candidates in the European time zones.
What You’ll Do:
Lead design projects across the full product lifecycle: discovery, concepting, interaction design, and delivery.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and clinicians to understand how surgical teams work and what they need.
Turn complex workflows and data into clear, usable interfaces.
Design, prototype, and test ideas to find what works best.
Help evolve our design system for consistency and scalability.
Run user research and usability tests, and turn insights into improvements.
Work closely with engineers to ensure smooth, high-quality implementation.
Support commercial design work—creating marketing visuals and assets that communicate VitVio’s story and value.
Champion user-centered thinking across the company.
You Might Be a Great Fit If You...
Are comfortable taking projects from research and concept through to polished visual design and delivery.
Work well with engineers, PMs, and clinicians, and enjoy solving problems together.
Can turn ambiguity into clarity—breaking down complex workflows into intuitive, usable designs.
Communicate ideas effectively—through visuals, writing, and feedback.
Work confidently in Figma and leverage tools like Dovetail, MixPanel, and prototyping platforms to design, test, and refine experiences.
