Product Designer
We're seeking a passionate Product Designer to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop deep ownership of our core product offerings (Vizcom Workbench & Vizcom Studio).
- Create exceptional interactions and contribute to the product roadmap with innovative ideas.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, etc.).
- Document design ideas via mockups & prototypes (Figma).
- Collaborate with AI engineers/researchers.
- Ensure features meet design intent during QA testing.
- Contribute to the product roadmap through user research and data analysis.
- Define a culture around design and improve process visibility.
- Advocate for UX design best practices.
- Build a robust design system.
- Organize brainstorming sessions with stakeholders.
- Establish user feedback and testing processes.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience as a product designer
- Impeccable UX/UI/visual/interaction design portfolio.
- Strong proficiency in Figma.
- Ability to design around technical constraints.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to solve complex issues.
- Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to lead.
- (Bonus) Remote work/startup experience.
