Full-Time Product Designer

About the Role: We are seeking a talented product designer to revamp our service. As a Product Designer, you'll drive product design initiatives from inception to execution, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and other cross-functional teams to create user-friendly products.

Tasks:

• Create end-to-end product experiences.
• Partner with Product Managers to define design solutions.
• Develop high-quality user interfaces improving the product design language.
• Maintain a 360° view of the project and the business.
• Collaborate with junior designers.
• Lead and participate in brainstorming sessions.
• Present design projects to stakeholders.
• Conduct design and usability tests.
• Build and maintain the internal design system.
• Suggest improvements to product strategy.
• Participate in shaping the design culture.
• Improve the internal design process.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of professional digital experience.
• Portfolio showcasing strong visual skills and attention to detail.
• iOS, Android, and Web design experience.
• Ability to simplify complex problems.
• Understanding of iOS and Android design languages, and platform standards.
• Mastery of design tools (Sketch, Figma).
• Proficiency in high-fidelity prototyping tools (Principle, ProtoPie, Origami).
• Strong design principles knowledge.
• Understanding of product development process.
• Staying updated with design industry trends.
• Knowledge of design patterns.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Team player.
• Willingness to learn design leadership skills.
• Design System experience.
• Relevant degree or equivalent.
• Experience in a fast-growing food delivery or on-demand service company (preferred).
