Job Summary: Product Designer for e-commerce projects, focusing on UX/UI design for mobile and broadband offerings. Responsibilities include user research, experience mapping, and prototype creation using Figma.
Missions:
- User Experience Framework: Gather and analyze user data (analytics, surveys, user testing, A/B tests) to define user experience strategies aligned with business goals and constraints.
- UX/UI Design: Lead creative workshops, create user flows, experience maps, and functional layouts (wireframes). Develop interactive prototypes in Figma. Design visual assets, following design systems and guidelines.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (business, development, UX, UI, etc.) within an Agile environment.
Skills:
- Figma Proficiency: Strong Figma skills, particularly auto-layout.
- Agile Experience: Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, including estimations, and contributing to the voice of design within agile teams.
- UX/UI Expertise: Extensive e-commerce UX/UI experience.
- Communication and Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Responsive design understanding, device-specific (PC, tablet, mobile) technical requirements.
