We're seeking an experienced product designer to help launch and scale products transforming cancer care. You will design seamless first-time experiences for new patients signing up for Color and accessing tailored services, focusing on growth and experimentation to drive enrollment. This role requires close collaboration with Color's clinical team to ensure scalable care delivery. This role is open to remote work.
How You'll Contribute:
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers on product direction and delivery in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Transform insights and requirements into experiences that feel intentional to diverse audiences.
- Help develop a scalable human-centered design practice to ensure our products are available, accessible, and inclusive.
- Contribute to both a multidisciplinary design team and a company committed to growth, recognition, and celebration.
- Understand and incorporate complex regulatory, business, and technical requirements to maintain privacy, accountability, and user control.
- Inspire and elevate others through partnership, advocacy, feedback, sharing, and infectious curiosity.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- 5+ years of experience as a product designer working on cross-functional teams releasing consumer or enterprise products.
- An analytical mind and curious soul invested in collaborating on tough problems facing millions of people.
- A track record for developing a deep understanding of who you're designing for and advocating tirelessly for seamless and inclusive experiences.
- A systems thinker, who considers how projects connect with other parts of the service, from design systems to user models.
- Experience with quick decision-making and rapid iteration based on qualitative and quantitative data.
- Experience leading or participating in user research and demonstrating the ability to synthesize and incorporate the data.
- The ability to simplify problems, embrace constraints, and negotiate trade-offs with product and engineer collaborators.
- The ability to frame opportunities in terms of metrics and OKRs to drive alignment.
- A track record for operationalizing lessons, optimizing process, and evolving shared practices.
- A love of learning and desire to grow.

- Personalize the onboarding experience by surfacing new services available to patients at various moments in their cancer journey.
- Collaborate with Color's clinical team to evolve patients' cancer and health history survey, optimizing onboarding completion rates and improving data collection for Color's physicians.
