As a Product Designer II, you'll take ownership of design projects from start to finish, collaborating with cross-functional partners to create and refine user experiences. You’ll be responsible for designing solutions that are scalable, accessible, and aligned with Eventbrite's broader vision.
You will:
- Own design projects and align them with Eventbrite's broader vision.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define problems and create user-centered solutions.
- Solve complex design challenges, ensuring usability, accessibility, and scalability.
- Uphold high standards of craft and quality, ensuring designs are polished, functional, and aligned with Eventbrite's design principles.
- Communicate design rationale clearly and influence product direction.
- Contribute to and evolve Eventbrite's design system.
- Iterate on designs based on user research, data, and feedback.
- Support a culture of design excellence and mentor junior designers as you grow.
Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience designing for web and mobile platforms
Skills: Strong execution across multiple design disciplines (interaction design, visual design, prototyping), systems thinking, comfortable using research, usability testing, and analytics to inform design decisions; experience working with cross-functional teams (product managers, engineers, researchers); strong attention to craft & quality, delivering polished, scalable, and accessible designs; proficiency in Figma and familiarity with prototyping tools (Framer or Principle); passion for learning, iteration, and continuous improvement.
Bonus Points: Strong motion or interaction design skills; experience working on complex IA systems; knowledge of accessibility best practices; experience guiding junior designers.
