We are seeking a talented Product Designer, UI to join our Product Experience team.
Collaborating with Product Managers, developers, and fellow designers, you will design features and enhancements for SportsEngine products.
You will create engaging, accessible, and innovative UI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with UX, Product Management, and Engineering teams to design usable products.
- Understand business objectives and user needs.
- Use research and data to understand problems and drive design execution.
- Ensure consistency in UI design across products by adhering to design systems.
- Produce visual assets (icons, illustrations).
- Modify products based on user feedback and testing.
- Gather feedback and collaborate across teams.
- Work closely with developers to maintain design integrity.
- Watch consumer trends to identify product traits.
- Work on multiple tracks and pivot projects.
- Maintain a critical eye and attention to detail.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in HCI, Human Factors, Design, or related field
- 3+ years of professional experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with transactional and ecommerce platforms
- Knowledge of Apple (HIG) and Google Material Design
- Understanding of W3C web and accessibility standards
- Expert in design tools (Figma)
- Proficiency in rapid prototyping
- Experience with continuous design, A/B testing, and iteration
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI design projects with user-centered design focus
Preferred:
- Familiarity with sports-related platforms or apps
