Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and data-driven Product Designer to join our growing team and help shape the user experience of our new online platform. Your work will impact real estate professionals, investors, and home buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of key user interfaces and experiences for our website, ensuring they are intuitive, data-driven, and optimized for conversion and engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing, developers, and other stakeholders to create user-centered designs.
• Focus on delivering valuable neighborhood insights to users.
• Conduct competitive analysis, feature gap analysis, and market research to gather insights.
• Use data and insights to inform design decisions and optimize user experiences.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and design specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor key metrics, iterate on design solutions, and continuously improve user experiences.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, user experience best practices, and real estate industry trends.
• Maintain consistency across the platform’s design language.
• Advocate for user-centric design solutions.
• Contribute to the overall growth strategy of the platform.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer.
• Strong experience in designing ecommerce subscription platforms.
• Design experience at a real estate or similar platform (Redfin, Zillow, etc.)
• Experience with information architecture and organizing data.
• Experience conducting competitive analysis, feature gap analysis, and market research.
• Proficient in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Proven experience using data and analytics.
• Ability to collaborate with developers.
• Experience with responsive design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in an agile environment (preferred).
