The Role: As a Product Expert, you will champion our AI-powered design tool. Your role involves working with leading design teams to train them on Vizcom, gathering feedback for engineering, product, and sales. You will test new features and collaborate with design and engineering to improve features. A strong understanding of industry workflows is crucial. Your deep understanding of customer needs will help designers harness Vizcom's potential.
How You’ll Do It:
- Train designers at current and prospective client companies
- Create compelling content for public and client use
- Channel customer feedback to appropriate teams
- Develop empathy for customer needs and use cases
- Demonstrate Vizcom's versatility across industries
- Test beta releases and provide actionable feedback
- Master Vizcom's features and functionalities
What You’ll Bring:
- 3-4 years in fashion, apparel, or footwear design
- Deep understanding of the fashion and apparel industry
- Strong grasp of design tools and processes; AI design tool experience a plus
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Customer-focused mindset with empathy
- Adaptable problem-solving skills
- Collaborative spirit, working well with cross-functional teams
- Passion for innovative technology in design

Compensation: $110,000 - $140,000 (actual offer based on experience, location, and business factors).
