WHY ANTE?
The vast majority of things attempted in crypto don't make sense, but a few things make a lot of sense. Ante works by enabling users to create verifiable onchain commitments with autonomous settlement. At scale, Ante can help keep the world honest, level the playing field for entering global commerce, and explicitly digitize trust.
Concrete crypto products like Uniswap, Maker, Compound / Aave, etc., have become "verbs" in crypto. That's because they actually are coherent with crypto's differentiating properties. Consequently, they make so much sense now that it's easy to forget that they weren't a part of crypto from day one. The goal of Ante is to “verb-ify” a new primitive - an “Ante,” or a credible commitment - that, in retrospect, seems obvious.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Product Lead with hands-on experience launching and building user-facing products in the crypto or fintech space. You’ve played a key role in shipping successful crypto or fintech products, and you understand what it takes to build for security, scale, and usability.
Responsibilities
- Own the feature roadmap, helping define, prioritize, and iterate on features from ideation through release
- Collaborate closely with designers and engineers to deliver seamless, secure, and performant user experiences
- Contribute to and help implement mobile-first UX design across Ante’s core products and new features
- Run user research and testing to validate ideas, uncover friction points, and support onboarding and adoption
Requirements
- 2+ years of product experience in a crypto startup environment, or a total of 4+ years working on product teams
- Direct experience contributing to the launch and iteration of user-facing products (ideally from 0-1)
- Strong design sensibility and familiarity with UX design is a must, though you don’t need to be a full-time designer
- Deep understanding of Web3/DeFi, with fluency in ecosystem tools, products, and terminology
- Security-aware: you recognize the importance of privacy and safe UX, and you’re attuned to potential vulnerabilities
- Remote-first mindset and experience working in a globally distributed team

- Participated in the launch of a successful crypto product (ideally with >1M users)
- Worked on products that incorporate biometric authentication and sensitive Secure Enclave data in a user-friendly manner
- Have a strong eye for UX polish, with a passion for making secure experiences feel simple and accessible
