About the RoleWe’re looking for a Product Lead with strong expertise in reconciliation processes to lead the development and evolution of one of our most critical products. This role combines strategic vision, analytical skills, and deep technical understanding to ensure efficient, scalable, and business-aligned reconciliation solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Define and lead the reconciliation product strategy.
- Build strong relationships with key clients.
- Align internal stakeholders on product vision, priorities, and roadmap.
- Participate in high-level commercial conversations.
- Own the product backlog.
- Collaborate with the tech team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Oversee the technical execution of the reconciliation pipeline.
- Bring a user-centered approach.
- Leverage analytics tools to identify improvement opportunities.
- Implement client-specific pricing strategies.
- 5+ years of experience in product roles.
- Strong command of SQL and experience with data tools like Snowflake, Metabase.
- Familiarity with design workflows.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience managing product development in tools like Jira.
- High autonomy, strategic thinking, and strong business orientation.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
- Deep understanding of financial reconciliation systems.
- Experience with dynamic or segmented pricing models.
- Background in fast-paced startup environments.
- Proven experience leading B2B products with significant commercial impact.
