We are seeking a strong Product Leader, a technologist passionate about AI Infrastructure and Kubernetes, understanding industry trends and commercial aspects of partners and community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Vision & Strategy: Define and drive product vision and strategy aligned with company goals and market opportunities, focusing on AI Inferencing Everywhere and Kubernetes.
- Roadmap Development: Develop and drive a product roadmap for Kubernetes-based solutions and PLG initiatives, aligning with customer/community needs and business objectives.
- Customer Insights: Collaborate with customers to gather feedback, monitor market trends, and assess the competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
- Backlog Management: Prioritize and manage product backlog, ensuring development efforts deliver high-value features.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product development and launch.
- PLG Initiatives: Drive Product-Led Growth strategies to enhance user experience, streamline onboarding, and increase product adoption.
- Kubernetes Expertise: Leverage Kubernetes knowledge to guide product development for enterprise customers.
- Performance Monitoring: Define and track key performance metrics to evaluate product success and identify improvement areas.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing updates on product status and strategic direction.
Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Product Owner in a tech company, focusing on cloud-native technologies and PLG strategies.
Technical Background: Strong technical acumen to understand and communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Skills: Deep understanding of Kubernetes, container orchestration, and cloud-native architectures. Proven PLG experience and strong ties in the Kubernetes community.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
