About the Role: As a Product Manager, you will play a central role in our product efforts, defining initiatives, setting priorities, and ensuring our platform is the best solution for investigating financial crime. You'll collaborate with engineering, design, customer success, sales, marketing, and leadership to refine and communicate our product vision to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Define, prioritize, and orchestrate the product roadmap and supporting initiatives.
- Become an expert in the needs of compliance and risk professionals.
- Partner with customers to understand their needs and potential solutions.
- Collaborate with designers to create user-friendly experiences.
- Partner closely with leadership (CEO, CTO).
Qualifications:
- Deep empathy for customer needs.
- Understanding of how technology benefits highly-trained professionals.
- Experience taking products from 0-1.
- Strong ability to context switch.
- Strong attention to detail and product quality.
- Excellent communication and articulation skills to build shared vision.
- Experience as a product manager (or product lead) in the B2B SaaS space.
- Bonus: Experience in financial compliance, anti-fraud, or SQL.
