Full-Time Product Manager

As Product Manager, you’ll lead the development and evolution of innovative learning products. You’ll own the product life-cycle, ensuring offerings are customer-focused and scalable.

Day to day, you'll:

• Define & Drive Product Vision: Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Champion Product Excellence: Articulate the value and roadmap to stakeholders.
• Launch Impactful Products: Bring new, scalable products to market.
• Own Commercial Outcomes: Take ownership of P&L and drive revenue growth.
• Manage Costs & ROI: Manage resources and operating costs.
• Track & Measure Success: Define, monitor, and report on KPIs.
• Customer-Focused Innovation: Create compelling customer-facing solutions.
• Lead Research & Market Insight: Apply user research to shape product direction.
• Engage Stakeholders: Gather and prioritise needs from customers.
• Facilitate Collaboration: Lead multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Oversee Agile Delivery: Guide end-to-end delivery using Agile.
• Shape the Product Mix: Use a Build/Buy/Borrow approach.
• Manage the Product Lifecycle: Use data and feedback to enhance products.
• Adapt to Change: Adapt product strategy to suit a hybrid environment.
