Full-Time Product Manager

MyTime is a product-driven organization, delivering core business functions from scheduling to customer engagement and payments.

Take full ownership of specific product areas, from strategy to execution.

• Gather and document customer requirements, translating them into actionable stories for design and development.
• Guide UX/UI design, define test cases, establish acceptance criteria, and collaborate with engineering for timely launches.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to minimize disruption for customers.
• Design and deliver new product capabilities leveraging Gen AI and LLM technologies.
• Define functional and technical requirements for new features.
• Build and manage multi-release roadmaps aligned with business goals and user needs.
• Partner with UX/UI teams to create user-friendly experiences.
• Drive the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, managing Epics & Stories.
• Collaborate with customer success, training, and support to drive adoption.
• Analyze product performance and customer feedback to continuously improve the product.
• Use data analytics to make informed decisions, measure AI feature effectiveness, and drive future improvements.
• Find solutions to overcome roadblocks to get work to users quickly and iteratively.
• Enjoy a fast-paced, design-driven product development cycle.

Requirements:

• 5+ years B2B software product development/management experience with successful feature launches.
• Startup and SaaS experience preferred.
• Process-driven, detail-oriented approach with strong documentation skills.
• Proven ability to work with fast-paced, agile teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated individual.
