Full-Time Product Manager

As a Product Manager, you will drive initiatives and support customer experiences to grow Ping Identity. Working cross-functionally, you'll communicate our value and shape customer perceptions.

• Develop and launch new features on the PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud Platform.
• Understand customer needs, prioritize the backlog, and interface with the engineering team.
• Track industry trends to deliver differentiated solutions.
• Lead business development and product marketing for your features.
• Measure feature performance and create growth plans.
• Build strong relationships with sales, sales engineering, and product marketing.
• Communicate clearly with other teams and leaders.
• Nurture team energy and morale.
• Use data-driven methods for building requirements and measuring success.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure dependencies are understood.
• Gather requirements and feedback from customers.

• Expertise in product management or equivalent (10+ years).
• Expertise in cloud-based SaaS services and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience launching features to market.
• Comfort working with large enterprise customers.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-informed mindset.
• Deep customer empathy and curiosity.

• Expert in identity & access management.
• Adept at partnering with engineering and design teams.
• Expertise in Multiple Cloud Providers
