Full-Time Product Manager

• Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear vision for banking products that supports company objectives and customer needs. Create and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on business value and market trends.
• Requirement Gathering and Documentation: Collect and document product requirements from stakeholders such as customers, regulatory bodies, sales, and internal teams. Translate business needs into clear requirements for development teams.
• Project Management: Oversee the product development process from idea to launch, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards. Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, compliance, and sales to ensure successful execution.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed. Present product updates and plans to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Define and track key metrics to measure product success and identify areas for improvement. Analyze user feedback and data to continuously enhance products.
• Problem-Solving and Innovation: Address issues that arise during development and after launch. Explore new ideas and approaches to improve products and banking operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive experience with banking applications and core banking processes (e.g., Fiserv DNA, Commercial Center, Pep Plus etc..).
• Strong understanding of banking technology ecosystems and operational workflows.
• Experience with banking applications and processes is required.
• Proven ability to deliver products in regulated environments.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, project management, or business analysis in financial services.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
