Full-Time Product Manager- Core Banking

The Role: As a Product Manager on the Core Banking and Processing team, you will build the financial infrastructure powering everything at OnePay. This role is critical to our platform's secure and reliable scaling.

1. Define and drive the roadmap for systems related to ledgering, balance management, core processing, core banking, and money movement.
2. Write clear product specifications, requirements, and KPIs.
3. Lead initiatives across ACH, wire, and card payment rails.
4. Partner with vendors to create and manage a roadmap for current and future capabilities.
5. Collaborate with engineering, compliance, operations, and finance to design systems.

Your Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years experience in finance, fintech, or payment domain
• Deep understanding of money movement, ledgers, and payment networks
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving
• Experience with transactional systems, reconciliation processes, and high-reliability products
• Drive, proactivity, and ownership

Compensation: Estimated annual base salary ranges from $170,000 to $220,000.
