Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager / Head of Product / Chief Product Officer to lead the development and growth of their mobile and web applications.

- Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch.
- Implement gamification strategies to enhance user engagement and retention.
- Manage and prioritise the product backlog.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Gather and analyse user feedback.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stay updated on industry trends.
Requirements:
- Have day 0 and day 1 experience in a startup.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably within insurtech or fintech and gamification.
- Experience in building and launching successful mobile and web applications.
- Strong understanding of gamification principles.
- Excellent commercial sense.
- Understand the importance of A/B testing.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in user research, product management, or product design, with a focus on retention.
- Experience with data analytics and user research.
