Full-Time Product Manager - Scheduling

• Deeply understand customer needs related to production planning, sequencing, and scheduling in a manufacturing environment.
• Translate scheduling pain points into clear product requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define, design, and ship valuable features.
• Prioritise enhancements that improve schedule adherence and empower shop floor decision-making.
• Translate needs into user stories, product requirements, and wireframes.
• Conduct feature validation through testing and real-time user feedback.
• Align internal stakeholders across Coaching, Sales, Support, and Marketing.
• Contribute to iterative design and retrospectives with Engineering and Design teams.

• Minimum 5 years of direct experience working in a manufacturing plant environment.
• Strong product management fundamentals.
• Exceptional listening and communication skills.
• Ability to define goals, success metrics, and value impact for new features.
• Self-starter with a strong bias for action and high attention to detail.

• Experience using the Redzone product.
• Specific experience in production scheduling, capacity planning, or finite scheduling.
• 3 years in a Product Management role.
• Familiarity with Jira, Figma, and wireframing tools.
• Experience designing and delivering app and web-based SaaS solutions.
