Full-Time Product Operations Manager - E-Mobility

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Product Operations Manager to optimize how we launch, scale, and support our products. In this role, you will act as a bridge between Product, Engineering, Sales, and Service teams—ensuring smooth feature rollouts, scalable operational processes, and continuous improvement.

You will lead product migrations, build efficient workflows, and drive data-informed decision-making through KPI development and analytics. Ideal candidates bring a strong background in operational process design, project execution, and stakeholder collaboration, ideally within a tech or SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead product and feature launches by establishing scalable processes, tracking KPIs, and ensuring operational readiness.
• Drive specialized product clean-up and migration projects (e.g., transitioning customer groups between sales models) with minimal disruption.
• Ideate operational, product-related improvements using automation and productivity tools.
• Define, monitor, and evolve KPIs to drive strategic alignment and data-informed decision-making.
• Continuously improve internal processes to simplify operations, increase efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Ensure feedback loops are in place to capture insights from customers, support teams, and operational performance.

Experience:

At least 3 years of post-college experience in a role encompassing product operations, product management, or a similar operational capacity that closely interacts with product, sales, service and engineering teams. Experience in a tech or SaaS environment is highly preferred.

Process Optimization:

Demonstrated ability in creating and refining operational processes for improved outcomes and agility in response to changing needs.

Analytics and Tools Proficiency:

Ideally experience in data analytics and reporting, with hands-on experience in using tools such as Zapier for process automation or QuickSight/PowerBI for analytics.

Project Leadership:

Proven ability to lead and successfully execute projects, ensuring minimal disruption and optimal outcomes.

Communication Skills:

Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a track record of effective collaboration across diverse teams.

Education:

University´s degree in Operations Management, Software Development, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Language:

Proficiency in English is mandatory.
