Job DescriptionAs a Product Owner, you report to the Product Manager and lead execution of business delivery of product enhancements. Your focus is to develop a deep understanding of your product and its capabilities. This role is responsible for working with the product, engaging with customers and colleagues, and staying abreast of industry trends. Your product is your passion.
You will work closely with designers, business analysts, quality analysts, and developers to solve specific customer problems outlined by the Product Manager.
Your primary tools are personas, stories, and backlogs, focusing on what features will address selected business problems planned for future releases.
This role is within ATPCO’s Create The Offer portfolio, focusing on enabling airlines and technology providers to effectively create offers, price points, and conditions associated with tickets and ancillary purchases.
The products you will work on are in growth mode with agile teams focused on high velocity product delivery.
This role will focus on innovation and out-of-the-box features in existing products and new products supporting customers in dynamic offer creation.
- Vision and Goal-Setting: Lay out the vision and goals for the project feature within the overall product development team. Define the target audience for the solution and inspire the team with real stories about real people.
- Collaboration and Inspiration: Act as the voice of the customer, representing their needs to the product development team. Collaborate effectively with business analysts, designers, quality and engineering team members.
- Backlog Management and Prioritization: Manage the product backlog diligently. Prioritize deliverables, manage the list of stories, and provide context and business value to the team. Clarify success criteria and define specific results for the acceptance of deliverables.
- Requirements and Roadmap Development: Assist in requirements definition, adjustments, and clarifications. Help define success criteria. With direction from the Product Manager, create and maintain a feature roadmap.
- Reporting and Monitoring: Monitor and report on the project development status. Track metrics like prioritized items pending, work in progress, completed pending acceptance, and accepted items.
- Customer and Market Expertise: Support the team with product and market expertise, ensuring every team member understands the customer perspective and market dynamics.
- Collaborative Business Focus: Interact with technology stakeholders, ensuring alignment between technology initiatives and business requests and product enhancements.
- Data Analysis: Back up your roadmap and product decisions by looking at product usage data. Implement systems, logging, and dashboards for feature adoption reporting.

The Ideal Candidate
- At least 2 years of experience with Data analysis
- At least 2 years of experience working with ATPCO subscription data
- Familiarity with New Distribution Capability, Dynamic Offers, and Web Fare data
- Experience with product management
- Experience with writing and communication of business requirements
- Experience creating wireframes and mockups
- Experience working with API products
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency with SQL
- Understanding of basic SaaS business metrics
