Product Owner Responsibilities:
- Advocate for the customer, using product instincts, passion, data, and design thinking to improve experiences.
- Support the product team by investigating, analyzing, reviewing, and documenting business features in Avetta's flagship SaaS solution (Connect).
- Own product backlogs from creation through development, release, and maintenance.
- Collaborate to prioritize features and changes, define new features with the Product Manager, work with Engineering to implement them, and enable the rest of the company.
- Plan and prioritize the product backlog.
- Perform acceptance testing and ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Work closely with Engineering on architectural roadmap items.
- Collaborate with other Product Owners to identify cross-product dependencies.
- Partner with UX to research, design, and test solutions.
- Provide feature configuration and workflow details to the Product Knowledge Management team.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Mitigate impediments to successful release/sprint goals.
- Analyze and resolve product complaints and quality issues.
- Conduct product demonstrations for stakeholders.
- Improve product definition processes.
- Provide feedback and support to the Agile/Scrum team.
Ideal Qualifications:
- 3+ years of product management experience owning SaaS products.
- Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework is beneficial.
- Understanding of SaaS, internet, browser, web app, and mobile app technologies.
- Experience defining epics, user stories, and driving backlog allocations.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Experience influencing stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze key metrics and incorporate them into decision making.
- Experience with Jira or similar ticketing systems and Confluence.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range: $87,500 - $224,000 per year, with potential bonus.
