Full-Time Product Owner

We are looking for a Product Owner focusing on billing and finance, supporting Business and Consumer groups.

Responsibilities:

• Lead development, launch, and lifecycle management of portfolio products and platforms for Business and Consumer customers.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of product implementations and projects in the US market.
• Define, develop, and execute the vision for product projects.
• Enhance existing platforms leveraging accounting/finance principles and billing/finance processes (e.g., payables, receivables, accounting).
• Collect, analyze, and define business needs into actionable user stories and product requirements.
• Interact with stakeholders to identify needs, opportunities, and solve problems.
• Develop a deep understanding of product platforms, internal and external customers.
• Document customer personas, customer journeys, and user experience guidelines.
• Lead the innovation agenda, recommending new features to improve business processes and customer strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, IT, Marketing, Network, Operations, Finance, Service Delivery, and Service Assurance.
• Prepare and understand requirements for new products and projects (Mass Markets, Enterprise, Wholesale).
• Groom product requirements into Jira tickets and technical requirements for developers.
• Establish end-to-end plans involving resources for successful development, implementation, and launch.
• Collaborate with vendors and teams to evaluate, test, and select technological solutions.
• Participate in meetings, events, and activities to promote the brand and understand customer needs.
• Align with Finance and Billing leadership on roadmaps, strategy, and execution.
• Convey information and ideas effectively.
• Influence and participate in product development and strategy decisions.
• Analyze market segments, evaluate competitors, and collect customer preferences.
• Identify issues, problems, and opportunities, and develop solutions.
• Set high performance standards for self and the team.
• Develop and sustain relationships based on understanding needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, IT, or equivalent.
• 3+ years experience as Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst.
• Telecommunications experience preferred.
• 3+ years experience in building or managing billing solutions or similar products.
• Experience in managing competing requirements in Billing solutions.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Jira, and Confluence.
