The Product Owner is fully responsible for delivering new and existing features, based on business priorities and established processes, including business discovery, feature refinement, and team collaboration. Features may be for a single product or a subdomain within a larger product.
- Incorporate feature requests into product planning/roadmap following the intake process
- Conduct cross-team feature refinement
- Develop user stories and acceptance criteria
- Groom and prioritize backlog with the team
- Set sprint goals
- Assist in writing acceptance tests
- Plan releases and upgrades
- Track progress of work
- Triage UAT and production issues
- Implement continuous improvements based on team feedback
- Monitor industry trends
- Document product standards, internally for the team and externally for other teams/partners
Qualifications
- Experience as a Product Owner or similar product management role
- Familiarity with Agile is a plus
- Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product lifecycle
- Technical knowledge of software development
- Technical knowledge of Data Mapping, API Integration, and Web Technologies
- Technical knowledge of JSON, REST APIs. Knowledge of JSONPath is a plus
- Strong team spirit and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
Requirements
- Base pay range: $100,000 - $125,000 per year (nationwide)
- Compensation based on skills, education, experience, and location
- Variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus may be available based on individual and company performance
