Now, we’re looking for in-house entrepreneurs who want to build new products from 0 to 1 (and beyond!) inside our company.
What Will You Do?
As a true product owner with a founder’s DNA, you’ll be responsible for ideating, validating, and driving new products to success.
Your missions:
- Spot opportunities & validate ideas through research, interviews, and fast MVPs.
- Run lean experiments with landing pages, prototypes, and no-code tools.
- Lead cross-functional squads (Product, Tech, Marketing, Sales) like an internal startup.
- Own go-to-market & early adoption, from positioning to first deals.
- Track KPIs & pivot fast, turning insights into growth.
- Drive end-to-end execution, taking products from 0 to MVP to initial traction.
What Are We Looking For?
- Sales & GTM Skills – You can sell even an MVP: cold calls, demos, closing deals, and writing copy that converts. HubSpot/Salesforce pro with a growth hacking mindset.
- Product Execution – Experienced in problem validation, rapid MVP building (incl. no-code), clear roadmaps, and data-driven decisions.
- Track Record – 3+ years in startups or scale-ups, 2–3 years in GTM-heavy or founder-like roles, proven success taking products from 0 to 1.
- Bonus – Background in Hospitality Tech, HR Tech, or Fintech.
- Languages – Fluent English + Professional Italian.
