Full-Time Production Artist

• Adept at driving/growing relationships with all levels of the creative leadership team
• Interacts and collaborates regularly with creative leadership, client partners, designers and other team members as needed for completion of assigned projects.
• Follows project timelines throughout all stages of print production to produce technically correct, print-ready mechanicals for release
• Takes ownership, leads and troubleshoots problems as they arise with both the creative and production team
• Prepare final preflight and packaged press-ready files based on supplied specifications for several types of printing.
• Provides image retouching, clipping paths and additional image manipulation as needed.
• Solves business challenges through smart application of production best practices.
• Maintains and enhances the client’s identity by working within the corporate brand standards.
• Manages the execution of the work, ensuring that creative projects are completed on time.
• Effectively use project management systems to track time on all projects.
• Understands the client’s design needs and methodology.
• Communicates effectively with peers, senior management and clients across all topics from business to creative.
