Full-Time Project Coordinator - Civil Construction

• Assisting the Project Manager.
• Establishing project governance and processes.
• Ensuring effective information sharing.
• Building client and team relationships.
• Interfacing with stakeholders.
• Managing project information flow.
• Attending meetings and maintaining logs.
• Developing project plans and tracking completion.
• Contributing to monthly reporting.
• Preparing project management reports and dashboards.
• Assisting with proposal preparation.

• BA/BS in Business, Construction, Architecture, or related field (or relevant experience).
• Minimum 3 years of project controls or administration experience.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Problem-solving mindset.
• Expertise in Microsoft and Google Suite, especially Excel.
• Corporate Interiors and Tenant Improvement experience is a plus.
