Full-Time Project Coordinator - Civil Construction

• Assist the Project Manager.
• Help establish project governance, processes, and systems.
• Share and retain key information effectively.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
• Interface with stakeholders.
• Assist with project information flow.
• Attend meetings and maintain logs.
• Develop project plans and follow up on completion status.
• Contribute to monthly reporting.
• Prepare project management reports and executive dashboards.
• Assist with proposal preparation.
• SOX control responsibilities apply where applicable.

• Project Coordination or administrative role in construction preferred.
• BA/BS in Business, Construction, Architecture, or related field; relevant experience considered.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project controls or administration.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Problem-solving mindset.
• Expert in Microsoft and Google Suite, especially Excel.
• Corporate Interiors and Tenant Improvement experience a plus.
