Project Manager Responsibilities:
Lead and orchestrate seamless client campaign execution.
Ensure client deliverables meet deadlines, budget, and quality standards.
Develop detailed project plans for tracking progress.
Ensure project delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
Manage timely deliverables and align project plans with resources and financials for optimal profitability.
Monitor project deliverables against standards and agency standards, coordinating with Delivery and Operations leaders.
Ensure timely distribution of approved press releases, optimizing campaign timelines and impact.
Compile status reports through gathering, analysis, and summary of relevant information.
Manage the Project Management System for efficient planning, tracking, and execution.
Utilize the Project Management System as a single source of truth for PR campaign projects.
Upload new client SOWs according to campaign templates in the project management system.
Integrate project management system with everyday tools to reduce manual tasks and accelerate customer value delivery.
Establish and sustain proactive and transparent communication with clients, writers, and key stakeholders.
Foster collaboration with internal teams and resolve potential issues promptly.
Facilitate onboarding of new clients for seamless operational integration.
Oversee and monitor the progression of press releases, deliverables, articles, and tasks to maintain adherence to timelines.
Coordinate with team members to ensure alignment with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
Conduct meetings to identify and resolve issues related to deliverable timelines and execution.
Efficiently send completed staff works (CSWs) for client approval and implement feedback for enhanced deliverables.
Implement proactive follow-up procedures for outstanding press releases or pending client approvals.
Ensure accountability and exceptional customer experiences throughout onboarding.
Manage customer satisfaction during project transitions.
Document and follow-up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
Schedule meetings and calls.
Organize stakeholder meetings.
Exercise vigilant control over Cost of Goods (COGS) to ensure alignment with budgetary constraints.
Calculate Value of Service Delivered.
Prepare presentation materials for meetings.
File in SharePoint according to naming conventions.
Ensure continuous update and maintenance of critical systems (Client Account Sheets, Press Tracker, Project Management System, and Delivery Schedule).
Update Client Account Sheets (CAS) and retire them upon campaign completion.
