Role Overview: The Project Manager at Payarc drives strategic initiatives across departments. This role plans, executes, and delivers projects focused on go-to-market strategies, partner onboarding, and internal optimizations. Acting as a liaison, the Project Manager ensures alignment, transparency, and accountability across project phases, supporting Payarc's commitment to results through effective collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end management of projects (go-to-market, partnerships, internal initiatives).
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation.
- Facilitate project kickoffs, status meetings, retrospectives, and milestone reviews.
- Track project progress, risks, and blockers; escalate issues.
- Align stakeholders across Product, Sales, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Compliance, and Customer Success.
- Monitor project performance using tools and KPIs; ensure timely delivery.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently and maintain communication across all levels.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project governance.
- Document lessons learned and best practices.

- Timeline, priority, and resource management.
- Conflict resolution and risk mitigation skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com).

Qualifications & Experience:
- 3+ years of Project Management experience in technology, SaaS, or fintech.
- Experience managing projects involving partner implementation or GTM execution.
- Experience coordinating across multiple departments.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and technical teams.
- Strong documentation and project planning capabilities.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Project Management, or related field (preferred).
- PMP, CSM, or other PM certifications are a plus.
