Full-Time Project Manager

Role Overview: The Project Manager at Payarc drives strategic initiatives across departments. This role plans, executes, and delivers projects focused on go-to-market strategies, partner onboarding, and internal optimizations. Acting as a liaison, the Project Manager ensures alignment, transparency, and accountability across project phases, supporting Payarc's commitment to results through effective collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end management of projects (go-to-market, partnerships, internal initiatives).
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation.
• Facilitate project kickoffs, status meetings, retrospectives, and milestone reviews.
• Track project progress, risks, and blockers; escalate issues.
• Align stakeholders across Product, Sales, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Compliance, and Customer Success.
• Monitor project performance using tools and KPIs; ensure timely delivery.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently and maintain communication across all levels.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project governance.
• Document lessons learned and best practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 3+ years of Project Management experience in technology, SaaS, or fintech.
• Experience managing projects involving partner implementation or GTM execution.
• Experience coordinating across multiple departments.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and technical teams.
• Strong documentation and project planning capabilities.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Project Management, or related field (preferred).
• PMP, CSM, or other PM certifications are a plus.
