We’re seeking a talented individual to join our Digital Compliance Team in Bristol, although we will be flexible on location for the right individual.
The team is responsible for implementing continuous improvement within the internal business process to improve efficiencies, reduce risk, and be a catalyst for change.
Opportunity to work with colleagues of all levels including Partners and Directors and exposure to different areas of Tax, software and technology. Liaising and managing communications with Partners and driving change within the business. Opportunity to identify improvements and deliver change.
Reporting to the Chief Digital Officer, you will be responsible for driving innovation, developing automation and data analytic solutions.
As Project Manager for the Digital Compliance Team, your responsibilities include:
- Coordination of the Tax Technology solutions team on multiple projects.
- Ensuring the teams are completing projects on time.
- Working closely with technology vendors to ensure delivery of projects.
- Management of secondees in the team.
- Reporting into the Chief Digital Officer looking at process improvement.
Your role will be to manage projects within the Digital Compliance Team, implementing continuous improvement within the internal business process to improve efficiencies, reduce risk and be a catalyst for change.
Key responsibilities:
Tax Programme Work:
- Coordinating the delivery of project work with key stakeholders.
- Taking a lead role in the digitization of the tax businesses.
- Driving change within the business and building relationships to provide the required support and training to teams.
- Designing, developing, and managing multiple compliance projects.
- Developing knowledge of new software and automation to develop compliance processes.
- Producing reporting for weekly/monthly stakeholder meetings.
Staff & Stakeholder Management:
- Management of secondees in the team.
- Liaise with vendors managing external projects.
