As we expand operations across the UK and further afield, our mission is gaining momentum. The Opportunity:We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with a strong focus on manual testing.You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and define test strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute test cases for web and mobile applications.
- Perform manual testing to ensure the product meets high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and define test strategies.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Selenium with Java.
- Identify, document, and track bugs through their lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare domain requirements (if applicable).
- Participate in regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Continuously improve test processes and contribute to test automation initiatives.
Who we are looking for:
- Roughly 3-4 years of QA experience with a strong focus on manual testing.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium & Java for test automation
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle.
- Experience in test case design, execution, and defect management.
- Knowledge of API testing is a plus.
- Familiarity with healthcare domain regulations (good to have).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Nice to have:
- Experience with JIRA or similar test management tools.
- Basic knowledge of CI/CD and version control systems (Git).
- Performance or security testing experience is a plus.
