Full-Time Re-Disclosure Specialist

Re-Disclosure Specialist will handle loan file initial disclosures and re-disclosures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities Include:

• Issuing initial and re-disclosures.
• Processing requests within 3 business days.
• Determining re-disclosure allowance.
• Understanding state-specific requirements (taxes, fees).
• Managing FHA loans.
• Meeting company turn times.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of residential mortgage experience (reverse mortgage a plus).
• Knowledge of loan documents, loan origination, and underwriting guidelines.
• Strong prioritization and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.
• Fast learner, reliable, punctual, and organized.
