Recruiting & Career Services ManagerThis is a direct hire position. This role is primarily in-person, with engagement at various worksites across the San Francisco Bay Area.
About the Role: YUPRO Placement is hiring a Bay Area market Recruiting & Career Services Manager to play a crucial role in facilitating career and economic mobility by connecting skilled talent with suitable employment opportunities. This involves full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing client accounts and ensuring high-quality service.
Responsibilities:
- Full Cycle Recruitment: Oversee the entire life cycle recruitment flow, including timely job order intake, recruitment, sourcing, and placement of candidates.
- Metrics Adherence: Consistently meet or exceed recruitment and client delivery metrics.
- Collaborative Engagement: Attend company meetings, participate actively, and collaborate with teams to expand job opportunities and grow client relationships.
- Talent Support: Serve as the primary liaison for assigned talent throughout their employment journey.
- Collaboration with Coalition: Participate in coalitions of talent developers, employer clients to develop and expand talent development and placement opportunities.
Skills and Abilities:
- Conduct outreach to job seekers through email, text, and telephone.
- Initiative-taking, ability to work in-person (virtually as needed), and independently in a metric-driven role with excellent time management skills.
- Build relationships (virtually and in person), demonstrating integrity, reliability, and maturity.
- Prioritize competing tasks, meet deadlines, and ask for help when needed.
- Career coaching talent using positive communication techniques, offering developmental feedback.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and online recruiting tools/ATS platforms.
- Empathize and understand challenges faced by traditionally underrepresented talent, and barriers to job placement due to systemic equity workforce challenges.
Qualifications:
- Two years of related experience in a team environment.
- Recruiting experience in any industry.
- Experience with client/account relationship management.
Location: San Francisco Bay Area
Compensation: $80,000 per year, plus potential incentives.
