As an HR Business Partner EMEA at SAP Fioneer, you will play a pivotal role in driving HR initiatives and empowering business leaders to optimize team performance across the EMEA region.
Responsibilities:
- HR Partnering: Collaborate with leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Change & Transformation Management: Support organizational changes and cultural initiatives to drive business transformation.
- Talent Management: Enable managers to identify and nurture high-potential employees and manage performance effectively.
- Culture & Employee Relations: Advise leadership on employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary HR contact for managers.
- HR Projects & Initiatives: Contribute to leadership development, people analytics, and organizational design enhancements.
Requirements:
- University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- 8+ years of HR Business Partner experience in an international, high-growth environment.
- Strong expertise in German labor law.
- Proactive ownership mindset and result-oriented approach.
- Proven experience in advising managers on HR topics and driving change initiatives.
- Fluency in German and English.
