Job Details

The People Coordinator ensures people employed within the Group are fully compliant with legal requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating reports on right to work status.
  • Liaising with employees and branches to ensure documentation is valid.
  • Updating the Group's database with current compliance documentation.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert on sponsorship processes and right to work.
  • Coordinating and processing DBS renewals.
  • Ensuring compliance with social care regulations.

Requirements:

  • Highly organised and methodical.
  • Minimum of 2 years of administration experience.
  • Understanding of right to work compliance and sponsorships.
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience using in-house systems.
