The RoleCint seeks a Senior People Operations Associate to join our People Operations, reporting to the People Operations Manager. The Senior People Operations Associate is responsible for supporting the Global People Team with employee queries, various processes (onboarding, offboarding, employment changes), and administrative tasks. This role thrives in a fast-paced environment, focusing on exceptional employer branding and building strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute new employee onboarding, including offer documentation and contracts.
- Execute leaver offboarding processes, coordinating with other functions.
- Track leaves (sick, vacation, maternity) in HRIS.
- Be the first point of contact for employees on HR-related issues.
- Represent People Operations to the business, providing local expertise.
- Maintain and update internal databases with employee information.
- Contribute to and maintain internal HR processes.
- Prepare and present reports with KPIs (turnover, hires).
- Support the Payroll department with employee information, leaves, and benefits.
- Liaise with IT for hardware issues.
- Support new hires and leavers with onboarding/offboarding.
- Review and prepare Payroll changes.
- Maintain and administer local benefits.
- Conduct background checks and pre-employment screenings.
- Prepare correspondence, arrange meetings, and process confidential documents.
- Handle all employee queries with confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HR Administrator/Support or relevant role for at least 3 years.
- Proven experience in US Payroll and Benefits tasks.
- Digital literacy with expertise in Google Suite and MS Office.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills (written, verbal, in-person).
- Excellent written English skills for reports and deadlines.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong learning and teamwork abilities.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of the recruitment process.
