The RoleCint seeks a People Operations Associate to join our People Operations, reporting to the People Operations Manager.
As a Senior People Operations Associate, you will closely work with the Global People Team supporting internal employee queries, various processes (onboarding, offboarding, employment changes), and local People Partners. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, building relationships, and possessing strong technical acumen, with a passion for streamlining processes and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute new employee onboarding (offer docs, contracts)
- Execute leaver offboarding processes
- Track leaves (sick, vacation, maternity) in HRIS
- Be the first point of contact for employee HR issues
- Represent People Organisation to business, providing local expertise
- Maintain employee records in internal databases
- Contribute to internal HR processes
- Update and present reports on KPIs (turnover, hires)
- Support Payroll (employee info, leaves, benefits)
- Liaise with IT for hardware issues
- Support new hires/leavers (remote/in-person)
- Review/prepare Payroll changes
- Maintain/administer local benefits
- Execute background checks
- Prepare correspondence, meetings, and confidential documents
- Handle all employee queries confidentially
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience as an HR Administrator/Support
- Proven experience in US Payroll and Benefits
- Proficient in Google Suite and MS Office
- Strong organizational and communication skills (in-person, email, phone)
- Excellent written English skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Team player, strong learner, and problem-solver
- Basic knowledge of recruitment process
- Ability to present information in various formats (tables, spreadsheets)

- Knowledge of labor relations and laws
- Performance management and employee benefits administration skills
- Proficiency in HR software (HRIS/HRMS)
