About the RoleWe're seeking an experienced HR Analyst to provide operational support and people data insights during our high-growth phase. In this crucial role, you'll manage core HR processes such as payroll, onboarding/offboarding, and reporting. You'll have the opportunity to streamline systems, improve data accuracy, and contribute to a positive employee experience, working closely with our People team and department leaders across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly and monthly payroll in a timely and accurate manner
- Track and report on employee attendance, leave balances, and schedule adherence
- Generate weekly and monthly HR reports, including headcount, attrition, and onboarding metrics
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and exits, ensuring compliance and a smooth experience
- Prepare employment contracts, documentation, and other HR-related letters
- Maintain and update employee records in our HRIS and document management systems
- Ensure data consistency and support audits and compliance-related activities
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve HR processes and tools
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an HR Analyst, HR Coordinator, or People Operations role
- Experience processing payroll and managing HR documentation
- Strong attention to detail and high standards for data accuracy
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and HRIS tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote environment
- Availability to work during US business hours

- Salary: 3.5 USD/hr
- Schedule: 4 hours PH time, 4 hours EST time
