Full-Time Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead recruitment efforts across global markets, specifically North America.

Role Responsibilities

• Recruit for positions across all practice areas and regions.
• Conduct full lifecycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers).
• Manage multiple positions simultaneously, independently and collaboratively.
• Communicate status of openings and recruiting efforts to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Use social media and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed).
• Vet candidates and understand candidate types that resonate with hiring managers.
• Understand local job markets and hiring practices for assigned regions.
• Provide outstanding customer service to internal clients.
• Contribute to recruiting process improvement.
• Stay current with industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Participate in special projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Experience as a global full cycle recruiter (fast-paced, growing environment).
• Proven track record in recruiting.
• Understanding of global recruitment trends and best practices.
• Knowledge of advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Indeed).
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong time management, organizational, and computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong customer service skills and sense of urgency.

Compensation

A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role is $70,000 - $85,000.
