Senior Manager, Compensation Partnership
Owns the strategy, implementation, communication, business partnership, and administration of the company's compensation programs (base pay, incentive pay, equity, and recognition).
Collaborates with the HR team and business to design and deliver total rewards programs and processes (new, annual, modified) focused on the leader and associate experience to foster a positive work culture.
Responsibilities
- Manages, coaches, and develops a team of compensation partners to deliver high-quality, operationally excellent work and provide guidance for changing business needs.
- Supports development and maintenance of a 3-year total rewards strategy roadmap considering best practices, market trends, and business strategy.
- Provides consultative and strategic partnership efforts to HR and business leaders to maximize performance and ROI on HR systems.
- Builds understanding of total rewards offerings by driving associate and leader engagement through effective communication and user-friendly programs.
- Leads end-to-end compensation processes (survey management, annual planning, salary structure reviews) with a focus on operational execution.
- Develops, sustains, and evolves job architecture for HR and compensation practices, talent initiatives, and equitable, efficient programs.
- Drives process improvement using lean tools to prioritize, leverage technology, and deliver excellent programs.
- Develops and executes the annual calendar of core total rewards activities.
- Develops the wage-related budget based on market data, competitiveness, and internal equity.
- Monitors budget and communicates variances proactively.
- Ensures compliance with government regulations.
- Leads initiatives to improve the associate experience and create a best-place-to-work culture.
