Senior HR Analytics, Compliance, and Technology Lead is pivotal in advancing HR analytics, compliance, and systems strategy.
Three key pillars:
- HR Analytics: Leverage HR technology to drive actionable insights via comprehensive reporting and metrics.
- HR Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal and enterprise policies, and regulatory requirements.
- HR Technology: Own the integrity, usability, and functionality of key HR systems.

Responsibilities
- HR Data Analytics, Data Integrity, and Reporting
- Develop, maintain, and optimize HR reports and dashboards.
- Leverage HR data for pattern identification, trends, and process improvements/risk mitigation.
- Partner with leaders to define and track KPIs supporting strategic objectives.
- Create working prototype dashboards using PowerBI, facilitating scalability and enterprise-wide implementation.
- HR Compliance & Auditing
- Partner with Legal, Compliance to ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Partner to build out compliance framework for global locations.
- Ensure audit readiness and lead internal/external HR audits.
- Implement and oversee data governance to maintain data accuracy, integrity, and privacy.
- Partner in developing HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and updates.
- Direct/indirect team leadership to maintain HR audit and reporting programs.
- HR System Maintenance
- Collaborate with COEs to ensure systems and data structures support strategic goals and day-to-day operations.
- Act as primary system administrator for access and maintenance.
- Support implementation and updates of HR technology, including communications.
