Full-Time Remote Paraplanner

We're seeking a talented individual to join our Central support Paraplanning team, which supports our Financial Planners and ensures a positive experience for clients.

In this role you will also support financial planners with client meetings, including cashflow presentations, and preparing responses on technical matters.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare suitability reports across various advice types, financial products, and investment solutions.
• Support financial planners with client meetings (cashflow presentations, technical responses).
• Conduct necessary technical research.
• Ensure client records contain sufficient KYC information (accurate and up-to-date).
• Ensure high-quality client advice, efficiency, risk mitigation, and business target achievement.
• Communicate effectively with Financial Planners to manage delivery dates.
• Manage processes, tasks, and comply with FCA guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualified within Financial Planning Level 4 or above.
• Proven paraplanning experience with strong technical knowledge.
• Proven track record of delivering written financial advice.
• Experience in completing suitability reports, researching, and analyzing products.
• Strong knowledge of financial products.
• Excellent organization, prioritization, independent, and teamwork skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good stakeholder management and positive influencing skills.
• Strong literacy, numerical, and analytical skills.
