Job Details
We’re recruiting for an Area Surveyor to join us. We’re offering a competitive base salary, £7,200 car allowance, monthly performance bonus and strong benefits package.

- Undertaking surveys, valuations, and energy reports of residential properties.
- Upholding best professional practice.
- Completing 5 points per day.
- Responding to queries, complaints and claims.
- Reviewing the performance and risk of products.
Who we're looking for:
- Assoc/M/FRICS Residential Surveyors, VRS registered valuer and EPC accredited
- Valuation and survey experience
- Understanding of lender technical and administrative procedures
- Knowledge of all aspects of residential survey and valuation
