Full-Time Retirement/401K Specialist

• Supports and promotes change management initiatives.
• Delivers highly routine work and provides general information in a timely manner.
• Performs basic tasks related to common programs and services.
• Meets departmental quality and service standards.
• Works overtime as needed.
• Processes routine transactions including enrollments, contributions, and distributions.
• Monitors incoming work queue.
• Provides feedback to team members.
• Provides routine technical retirement plan information to stakeholders.
• Ensures the accuracy and completeness of submitted information.
• Escalates issues/concerns to senior team members and/or management.
• Maintains plan sponsor and participant data confidentiality.

• Complies with all state and federal regulations and guidelines.
• Complies with company and site policies and procedures.
• Remains current in profession and industry trends.
• Makes suggestions for improvement and learns new skills.
• Performs other duties as required.

• Assist our new business enrollments team in reviewing received customer census files, scrubbing for all required information, and formatting for ingestion into our systems.
• Intermediates excel proficiency is a requirement.
