QAD has an exciting remote Revenue Marketing Manager opportunity based out of the Greater Chicago area. Reporting to the Director of Global Revenue Marketing, the role is responsible for Revenue Marketing in North America.
Responsibilities include:
- Planning, developing, and executing marketing plans (integrated campaigns, events).
- Supporting marketing contribution goals to Sales.
- Meeting lead generation targets (Sales Accepted opportunities, pipeline contribution).
- Optimizing budget spend.
- Collaborating with the Localization team on translations and event implementation.
- Working closely with Solutions/Vertical Marketing, MARCOM (Web/SEO/Creative), Sales Ops, and Marketing Ops.
- Maintaining strong collaborative relationships with Sales, Business Development, and Customer Success.
- Developing marketing plan(s) and activities to deliver demand generation goals.
- Executing marketing plans within budget.
- Collaborating with Localization team for translations, messaging, and channel selection.
- Developing specific reports/dashboards.
- Monitoring and enhancing plans through weekly review and reporting.
- Measuring, reporting, and optimizing marketing spending.
- Delivering against agreed-upon objectives for demand generation.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, business, or related field.
- 5+ years experience driving revenue impact through marketing in B2B Enterprise Software.
- Experience in designing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Experience in account-based marketing strategy and tactics.
- Advanced knowledge of digital marketing landscape and emerging technologies.
- Proficiency in Google docs, sheets, slides.
- Knowledge of CRM (Salesforce) and email marketing/marketing automation tools (a plus).
- Results-oriented, creative, and collaborative.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to adapt and multi-task.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Passionate about lead generation.
- Experience driving measurable business results.
- Flexibility and eagerness to be part of a rapidly growing company.
- Confidence and calm demeanor.
- International experience a plus.
