We’re looking for a Manager, Revenue Strategy to join Procore’s Revenue Strategy and Planning team. This high-impact role will help craft and execute go-to-market (GTM) initiatives, delivering value and financial performance for Procore and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with GTM Strategy & Planning, GTM Leadership, Corporate Strategy, and Product to analyze, develop, and implement new GTM strategies across customer segments and verticals.
- Conduct market, competitor, and industry benchmarking to understand Procore’s positioning.
- Connect product development to revenue planning cycles, guiding GTM staffing, quota setting.
- Identify and prioritize initiatives to support annual revenue objectives (market expansion, pricing strategies, quota/territory improvements, sales enablement).
- Partner with Revenue Operations to develop plans with clear milestones, timelines, and success criteria.
- Identify target market segments, define value propositions, and create go-to-market plans for new products/services.
- Support global customer success, support, and professional services teams with strategic development and execution (program management, model creation, change management).
- Flex to other ad-hoc projects diagnosing GTM issues and proposing solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related field; MBA a plus
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or highly cross-functional roles at a SaaS company
- Strong analytical focus
- Proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling
- Ability to partner with executive leadership
- Experience with Excel/Sheets is required; SQL and/or Tableau experience is a plus
- Experience developing and executing GTM strategy at an enterprise SaaS company is preferred
