As a Risk & Payments Operations Manager - BetMGM, you will manage the Risk & Payments Operations teams, ensuring performance aligns with service level agreements. Reporting to the Head of Risk and Payments Operations, you'll be responsible for the smooth running of Payments, KYC, and Risk Operations.
Your Responsibilities:
- Optimize Payments, KYC, and Risk processes for compliance and efficiency, continually reviewing for streamlining and leveraging technology.
- Ensure appropriate resourcing for Payments, KYC, and Risk Operations to meet KPIs (e.g., average handle times, quality standards) while accounting for seasonal trends.
- Provide regular, accurate reporting on function performance against agreed metrics (KPIs & SLAs).
- Participate in planning, implementing, executing, and evaluating Risk Operations initiatives.
- Ensure timely training delivery to teams.
- Collaborate with the Quality and Training Manager on employee training and development.
- Provide leadership and direction, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and team development. This includes mentorship, coaching, objective setting, performance management, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
