Full-Time RPA UiPath Developer

Successful candidates will be responsible for designing and developing UiPath automation and bots to optimize business processes in financial management, project management, accounting, cost management, and reporting.

The individual should be proficient in understanding process flows and data flows and in developing automation and bots using data from multiple systems and sources.

The role involves leveraging Generative AI (GenAI) and other advanced technologies to enhance automation solutions, improve operational efficiencies, quality, and accuracy, and reduce costs.

Responsibilities:

1. Must have 6+ years of relevant professional experience in systems analysis/development, including a minimum of 3 years working hands-on in UiPath automation and bot design, development and implementation.
2. Must be knowledgeable and have hands-on experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism.
3. Experience with Generative AI (GenAI) models, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and AI-powered automation to enhance bot capabilities and decision-making processes.
4. Strong knowledge of AI-driven analytics and predictive modelling.
5. Must have the ability to support strong collaborative experiences working within teams.
6. Must have excellent customer-facing skills.
7. Must have strong analytical, collaborative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
8. Must have a strong commitment to administering quality solutions.
9. Must be able to take initiative and work independently.
10. Experience with Oracle R12.2 EBS Federal Financials applications is a plus.
11. Functional and technical knowledge of R12.2 Oracle EBS Financial Application modules, including Purchasing (PO), Account Payable (AP), Payments (IBY), Project Accounting (PA), General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Fixed Assets (FA).
12. Understanding of Federal or Public Sector accounting/reporting requirements is a plus.
13. Must have strong client support skills with flexibility and responsiveness.
14. Experience with cloud-based AI solutions (Azure AI, AWS AI, or Google AI services) is a plus.
15. Familiarity with machine learning (ML), AI-driven document processing, and automation-enhancing technologies such as OCR and IDP.
16. Ability to develop polished, professional documentation.
17. Must hold a BS/BA degree in a relevant discipline.
